Doing nothing and loving it!
Ahhhh! It's been a whole week since I've been back and I'm not taking any summer classes. I've been vegging out and reading for fun. Hours spent on the internet and two books read in four days. Reading books for fun! It's so nice to be able to do that. My first research meeting is on Tuesday and I'm not leading it (yes!). Until then, I plan to keep relaxing and enoying the fact that nothing is required of me. Ahhhhh!

Glad you are enjoying your Nothingness... Have you ever heard of Nothinz (not the shoes) but the furry creatures you wear strapped to your hand and comb. They were a generation or two ago but sometimes it is just the simple things that remind us how hard we try to make things. My friends and I played with our nothinz more than anything and just thinking of them gives me warm, simple fuzzies all over again.
Nope, I haven't heard of Nothinz. Although I'm sure the toys I played with wouldn't be remembered by the next generation either. My how things change so quickly.
I'm glad my post triggered an association that was so nostalgic for you. It's so easy to forget all about such small things from the past.
